School Exams - 8 Tips on How to Overcome the Stress and Tremor Before Exams

We must agree that school exams are a really stressful thing. The majority of people have a great level of tremor while a low number of people are totally confident. These reactions on the exams have been created by the broad development from a young childhood which were impacted with numerous external factors and internal impacts. Many things such as childhood friends, our parents, the school and our knowledge capital or IQ affect on the later creation of the level of tremor which live in the majority of students. But, as everything has its positives and negatives, this issue can be also overcomed by welcoming, accepting and applying these tips.
This is the most important part and most of the people know it, but unfortunately not everybody in reality do it . Studying hard for the exam is the simplest way to overcome the tremor before the exams. By studying hard, we get more confident and it is easier for us to believe that we know the material.
- Fully know that you know what you studied
Studying hard will not completely wipe out the tremor before exams. One important thing is to test ourselves or let somebody test the material we have studied. By doing this "creative" exam behind the real exam we will get real proof that we know the material which will add up the confidence and eventually make it easier for us to finish the exam more confidently.
- Discuss with your friends
Another important thing to reduce the stress before exams is to discuss about the material with the fellow students. By discussing we will also learn many things which we didn't know and it will organize the material in our brains.
- Rather sleep than learn overnight
Sleeping on the night before the exam will organize the material in the mind. It is same with any day, by sleeping, we allow the brain to process the material we learned through the day and makes it fresh for usage when we wake up.
- It is not the most important thing
Keep this thought. Even if you fail, you won't die or something. Don't be afraid of fails or bad marks. If you really keep thinking that there are numerous more things to think about, it will keep the stress level down.
- Think of interesting things you can do after the exam
This is the interesting part. Thinking about interesting things to do after exam by yourself or with friends will calm the mind as well. By doing this we will see the exam as a positive bridge for interesting things which will be done later on.
- Think of people who can't study even if they want
I will finish with this point, which is the most important point. There are billions of children who were not able to join school and study like we can. Keep their feelings in the heart and be grateful of your position of being able to study hard and let them take the exam with you, psychically.
