Every time you get sad or frustrated about something there are various ways to turn it to the other, brighter side. People, when they are frustrated about something they usually keep that mood and sometimes also make it worse by repeating what happened and making themselves feel more bad. Be the guy who can't easily get angry and the guy who can make himself happy whenever he wants. Be the guy who can control himself, the life the mood.

1. Just Smile :)
It is sometimes very confusing why this simple thing can get your mood back. But the physical part of the body is connected with the mental and its just automatic that with making your mouth smile you will be more happier. It is that simple! You can use it even if you are not that happy. I use this technique often and it is very effective. Why don't you try it right now. :)
2. Appreciate what you have got!
People in this world don't appreciate the things they've got. If we turn on the TV we can see the pictures of African children who die because they have no WATER. We use water to wash our hands or our feet, but there are people who don't even have hands or feet. By being grateful of the thing that we can breathe or feel our heart beat is the most precious thing we can make to ourselves or to God. Yesterday, one of my friends personal messages on MSN was "Why am I so unhappy?" and i told her that everything she sees when she looks at the mirror must be things she is grateful for; everything feels in the environment must be things she is grateful for; every time she watches her mind, whatever she thinks must be some things she should be grateful for. What are you grateful for?
3. Look at the bright side not the dark side!
There are more people who think negatively than positively. We can always argue about the things we don't have or things we have lost. But if we turn it the other way we can always stay happy by looking at the things we got. Sometimes it is better to watch the past, the improvements you made rather than watching the long road until the perfect success. See yourself before 1 year when you planed some goals and see how you have improved. It is not worth it to always just dream, rest sometimes.
4. Feel love in anything you see!
Go to the garden, look at the flowers and feel how they are living their lives fully accepting every moment and just letting go and giving love to the environment. They are not just flowers or trees, you must be able to feel gods love through them. Don't pass your day by saying "Ah what an awful day, i am so tired" but be grateful and say "God thank you for showing me this flower and letting me feel your love".
5. Think of the opportunities you have!
You don't know the future and don't decide the future. But you can try and do whatever you like to do. There is plenty of time for anything, you just have to organize your day. Overcome the laziness and control your life, your opportunities and your dreams.
Any of these techniques can make your life instantly more happy if you want it, but i gave you 5. What are you waiting for? Use them to make your life more brighter and also for the people around you.
