The reason behind diverse cultures
It all started from the fall of Adam and Eve. The true thing which happened is that only Adam knew God and instead of teaching God to other people, especially Eve, he kept it only to himself in a bad way. Because of that selfishness of Adam, Eve went to a another guy (I don't remember the name) and asked for help, asked to teach her about God. The guy of course couldn't help at all, but instead made a baby. From that time there were different types of babies born, from Adam's side and Eve's, which eventually made now these different types of people and cultures and mentalities. These may be the inner parts of people but when we are speaking of outer parts and the way of looks we can refer to the food types which different countries consume.
We can say that the easiness of emerging into new mentalities is very high because it is hard to control, maybe impossible especially when we are young. From the first moment of talking to a new person or looking at the actions of the person our minds analyze it and can make it a part of us, especially if the person is dear to us, e.g a friend. As young children can learn new languages easier it is same with emerging into new mentalities. The school is a very crucial place to examine, in schools we can feel every single aspect and characteristics of a mentalities, from studying styles to relationships with parents particularly when we are in elementary school when we still don't have our strong character in the environment of vast popularity of other children with the different way of thinking.
It is hard to bring back the original mentality
When we lived already for some years in a new country, it will be nearly impossible to get back the old mentality of our parents and grandparents without a powerful will, motivation and hard work. We just tend to live like the ones in the new country while in the core we have some characteristics of our original mindset and mentality present which is actually placing us in different pictures than others.
We all know that where there is a negativeness, there is also something positive. It is same with diverse cultures and mentalities of people in the countries. What is important, and what we can and have to do is to stick with the positive parts and don't let the negative parts be in us. Now, when you travel or speak to a person from another country, try to pick up the positives and let it be a part of you, imagine what a person you can be afterwards.
